Please be aware that the newly constructed turbine access roads on Kibby Range and Kibby Mountain are closed for the winter season. These roads are not maintained for safe winter driving or snowmobiling. Falling ice and snow presents a potential hazard to persons and vehicles within 1000 feet of a turbine or under overhead power lines, as do structures and equipment that may be hidden by accumulated snow. In addition to the safety issue posed by foundations buried by snow, damage to these investments could impact the project schedule. 
 
 Please help us maintain good relations with one of our business members by obeying all signage, maintaining a safe distance from turbine equipment and overhead wires, and staying off closed roads, whether they are plowed or not.
